Nefertiti Lift in Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia

Refine Your Jawline and Soften Vertical Neck Bands Without Surgery

The lower face and neck can begin to show signs of aging even when the rest of the face still looks youthful. Vertical neck bands may become more visible, the jawline may appear less defined, and the corners of the mouth or lower face may seem to be pulled downward.

A Nefertiti Lift is a nonsurgical injectable treatment designed to relax selected portions of the platysma muscle—the thin, broad muscle that extends from the upper chest and neck into the lower face. By reducing excessive downward muscle pull, the treatment may soften visible neck bands and create a more refined transition between the jawline and neck.

At Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, every Nefertiti Lift is customized according to the patient’s anatomy, muscle activity, skin quality, facial proportions and aesthetic goals. It is not simply a standard series of injections placed in the same locations for every patient.

The result should be subtle: a smoother-looking neck, softened platysma bands and improved lower-face balance without making you look frozen or dramatically different.

Schedule a consultation with Georgia Plastic to learn whether a Nefertiti Lift is appropriate for your jawline and neck concerns.

What Is a Nefertiti Lift?

A Nefertiti Lift is an injectable lower-face and neck rejuvenation technique that uses a neuromodulator, such as BOTOX Cosmetic, to temporarily reduce selected platysma muscle activity.

The technique was named after Queen Nefertiti, whose famous profile is associated with a long, elegant neck and a sharply defined jawline. The treatment does not attempt to make every patient look like the ancient Egyptian queen. Instead, the name describes the goal of improving the visual relationship between the lower face, jawline and neck.

During treatment, small amounts of neuromodulator are strategically injected into selected areas of the platysma muscle. Depending on the patient’s anatomy and treatment plan, injections may be placed along visible vertical neck bands and in carefully selected locations beneath the mandibular border.

Relaxing these downward-pulling muscle fibers may:

  • Soften visible platysma bands
  • Reduce excessive downward pull on the lower face
  • Improve the appearance of the jawline
  • Create a smoother transition between the jaw and neck
  • Help the neck appear more relaxed
  • Produce a subtle lifting effect in properly selected patients

The Nefertiti Lift is not a facelift or a surgical neck lift. It does not remove excess skin, reposition deep facial tissues or eliminate unwanted neck fat. Its effect comes from modifying muscle activity rather than surgically tightening tissue.

Clinical research has found that targeted onabotulinumtoxinA treatment can improve moderate-to-severe platysma prominence, including vertical neck bands and patient-perceived jawline definition. The greatest benefit is generally seen in patients whose concerns are significantly influenced by platysma muscle activity rather than advanced skin laxity or excess fat.

What Is the Platysma Muscle?

The platysma is a thin, sheet-like muscle located just beneath the skin of the neck. It extends from the upper chest and collarbone region toward the lower face and jaw.

Unlike muscles that primarily elevate facial structures, portions of the platysma can exert a downward pull on the lower face. When you grimace, tense your neck, speak, smile or make certain facial expressions, the platysma may become more visible.

platysma muscle georgia plastic nefertiti lift

Over time, the platysma can contribute to:

  • Vertical cords or bands in the neck
  • Reduced definition along the mandibular border
  • Downward tension around the lower face
  • A heavier appearance around the mouth and jawline
  • Increased separation between the central edges of the muscle
  • A less smooth transition from the chin to the neck

Not every aging neck problem is caused by the platysma. Skin laxity, displaced fat, submental fullness, skeletal structure, volume loss and changes in deeper neck anatomy can also affect the jawline and neck.

This is why an in-person anatomical assessment is important. A patient with strong platysma bands may benefit from neuromodulator treatment, while a patient with substantial loose skin or excess fat may need a different treatment to achieve a meaningful improvement.

How Does the Nefertiti Lift Work?

Neuromodulators temporarily interfere with the communication between targeted nerves and muscles. When precisely injected into selected portions of the platysma, the medication reduces the strength of unwanted muscle contraction.

The goal is not to disable the entire neck. The goal is to selectively reduce the muscle activity contributing to visible banding or downward pull while preserving natural expression and normal function.

The treatment may create two complementary effects.

georgia plastic nefertiti lift
  1. Softening vertical neck bands

Visible vertical cords can appear when sections of the platysma contract. Targeted injections can temporarily reduce this contraction, helping the bands appear less prominent at rest and during facial movement.

  1. Reducing downward pull along the jawline

Selected platysma fibers can pull downward on the lower face and mandibular border. Carefully reducing this activity may allow the opposing lifting muscles to act with less resistance, producing a subtle improvement in jawline definition.

This effect is generally modest. A Nefertiti Lift should not be promoted as producing the same correction as a facelift or neck lift. It is best understood as a strategic muscle-balancing treatment for early or muscle-related changes.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons describes the Nefertiti Lift as a nonsurgical option that may provide a gentle lifting effect and improve jawline definition in patients with mild jowling or early signs of aging.

Is the Nefertiti Lift FDA-Approved?

The answer requires an important distinction.

In October 2024, the FDA approved BOTOX Cosmetic for the temporary improvement of moderate-to-severe platysma bands associated with platysma muscle activity in adults. The FDA-approved protocol includes injections into the upper platysma beneath the jawline and into identified vertical neck bands, with dosing based on the number and severity of the bands.

However, the term “Nefertiti Lift” is not itself a separate FDA-approved product or procedure name. A customized Nefertiti Lift may include injection locations or treatment goals that extend beyond treatment of FDA-labeled platysma bands. Other neuromodulator products may also have different FDA-approved indications.

Therefore, parts of a customized treatment may be considered off-label. Off-label treatment is common in medicine, but it should be recommended only after an appropriate evaluation, informed consent and discussion of the anticipated benefits, alternatives and risks.

At Georgia Plastic, your provider will explain which product is recommended, why it is being used and whether any aspect of the proposed treatment is off-label.

What Can a Nefertiti Lift Improve?

A Nefertiti Lift may be considered for patients bothered by one or more of the following concerns:

Vertical platysma bands

These are the vertical muscle cords that may become visible when speaking, smiling, grimacing or tightening the neck. In some patients, they eventually become noticeable even when the neck is relaxed.

Early loss of jawline definition

Reducing downward platysma activity may create a cleaner-looking mandibular border in appropriately selected patients.

Mild downward pull around the lower face

The treatment may help reduce muscular tension that contributes to a downturned or heavy appearance around the lower face.

Mild or early jowling

A Nefertiti Lift may subtly improve early jowling when muscle pull is an important component. It will not adequately correct substantial jowls caused by loose skin, displaced facial fat or deeper tissue descent.

Neck tension during expression

Some people have strong platysma activation that becomes very noticeable when they smile, speak or turn their head. Relaxing selected muscle fibers may create a smoother appearance during movement.

Maintenance after other facial treatments

In selected patients, neuromodulator treatment may complement other procedures by reducing platysma activity after skin tightening, facial contouring or surgical rejuvenation. The timing must be individualized by the treating provider.

What a Nefertiti Lift Cannot Correct

Honest patient selection is essential. A Nefertiti Lift is not the right treatment for every neck concern.

It does not:

  • Remove excess or hanging neck skin
  • Surgically tighten separated neck muscles
  • Remove fat beneath the chin
  • Reposition descended facial tissues
  • Correct substantial jowling
  • Eliminate a double chin caused by fat
  • Reshape a small or recessed chin
  • Permanently change the jawline
  • Produce the same result as a facelift or neck lift
  • Reliably erase deep horizontal neck creases
  • Correct deeper anatomical fullness beneath the platysma

Patients with significant loose skin, a heavy neck, advanced jowling or substantial submental fat are unlikely to receive enough improvement from neuromodulator injections alone.

Georgia Plastic offers both nonsurgical and surgical facial rejuvenation options. That allows our team to recommend the treatment that best addresses the actual cause of your concern rather than trying to make one procedure work for every patient.

Who Is a Good Candidate for a Nefertiti Lift?

You may be a candidate when you:

  • Have visible vertical platysma bands
  • Notice excessive neck-muscle activity during expression
  • Have early softening of the jawline
  • Have mild lower-face descent influenced by muscle pull
  • Have relatively good skin elasticity
  • Want a nonsurgical treatment with little downtime
  • Understand that the improvement will be subtle and temporary
  • Are willing to maintain results with periodic treatment
  • Are in generally good health
  • Have realistic expectations

There is no single ideal age. Some younger patients have naturally strong platysma activity, while older patients may have a combination of muscle banding, skin laxity and fat changes.

Your anatomy is more important than your chronological age.

A Nefertiti Lift may not be appropriate when you have:

  • Significant loose or hanging neck skin
  • Advanced jowling
  • Substantial fat beneath the chin
  • A history of swallowing problems
  • Significant neck-muscle weakness
  • Certain neuromuscular disorders
  • Infection or inflammation at a proposed injection site
  • A known allergy to a botulinum toxin product or its ingredients
  • Unrealistic expectations about the degree of lifting
  • A need for permanent or dramatic correction

Elective neuromodulator treatment is also commonly deferred during pregnancy. Patients who are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding should discuss this with their medical provider because adequate safety data are limited.

Why Your Anatomy Matters

The lower face and neck contain several muscles responsible for smiling, speaking, swallowing and moving the lips. Some of these structures are located close to the platysma.

Incorrect product placement, excessive dosing or injection into deeper structures can potentially affect muscles involved in lower-lip movement, speech or swallowing. The FDA prescribing information specifically cautions clinicians to avoid structures deep to the platysma, particularly in the anterior neck.

A careful assessment should evaluate:

  • Platysma-band location and strength
  • Lower-lip movement
  • Smile symmetry
  • Jawline shape
  • Skin thickness and elasticity
  • Amount and location of submental fat
  • Chin projection
  • Jowl severity
  • Previous injectable treatments
  • Previous facial or neck surgery
  • Baseline swallowing, speech or breathing concerns

The ideal injection pattern can differ from one side of the neck to the other. Treatment should be based on dynamic movement—not simply on a predetermined diagram.

What Happens During a Nefertiti Lift Consultation?

Your Georgia Plastic consultation begins with a discussion of what bothers you about your lower face, neck or jawline. Photographs may be obtained to document your baseline anatomy and assist with treatment planning.

Your provider may ask you to:

  • Tighten your neck
  • Grimace
  • Smile
  • Pull down the corners of your mouth
  • Turn your head
  • Speak or move your lower lip

These movements help reveal which structures are contributing to the concern.

Your provider will also examine whether the primary issue is muscle activity, loose skin, fat, volume loss or a combination of several factors. Based on the examination, you may be advised to consider the Nefertiti Lift alone or as part of a broader facial rejuvenation plan.

Patients should disclose:

  • All prescription and nonprescription medications
  • Vitamins and dietary supplements
  • Blood-thinning medications
  • Previous neuromodulator treatments
  • The name and date of any botulinum toxin received within recent months
  • Prior facial or neck procedures
  • Neuromuscular conditions
  • Swallowing or breathing problems
  • Facial weakness or asymmetry
  • Allergies
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Planned dental or surgical procedures

What Happens During Treatment?

The skin is cleaned, and your provider may mark the most active portions of the platysma while you contract the neck.

A fine needle is then used to place small injections into selected treatment points. The number and location of injections depend on your anatomy, the number of visible neck bands and whether treatment is limited to the neck or includes selected areas along the lower mandibular border.

Most patients describe the sensation as a series of brief pinches. Topical anesthetic is usually unnecessary, although comfort measures may be provided when appropriate.

The injection portion of the appointment is generally brief. Patients can normally leave the office shortly afterward without a surgical recovery period.

When Will I See Results?

The Nefertiti Lift does not produce an immediate surgical lift. Neuromodulators require time to begin reducing muscle contraction.

Some patients notice an early change within several days. The result typically continues developing over the following one to two weeks. Your final response should generally be evaluated after the medication has had sufficient time to take effect.

Clinical trials evaluating onabotulinumtoxinA for platysma prominence assessed the principal treatment response at Day 14. Improvement remained greater than placebo through Day 120, although the effect gradually declined over time.

Possible improvements include:

  • Less prominent vertical neck bands
  • A smoother-looking neck during expression
  • A cleaner transition beneath the jaw
  • Reduced downward muscular tension
  • Subtle improvement in lower-face balance

Results will vary. Patients with stronger muscles, asymmetric banding or multiple causes of neck aging may respond differently.

How Long Does a Nefertiti Lift Last?

Results commonly last approximately three to four months, although duration varies based on:

  • The neuromodulator used
  • Muscle strength
  • The number of areas treated
  • Individual metabolism
  • Previous treatment history
  • Dose and injection pattern
  • The severity of the original concern

Treatment is temporary because nerve-to-muscle communication gradually returns. As muscle activity recovers, the bands and downward pull may become more noticeable again.

Maintenance treatments can be planned based on your response rather than automatically scheduling injections at an unnecessarily short interval. The FDA prescribing information notes that the safety and effectiveness of administering BOTOX Cosmetic more frequently than every three months have not been clinically evaluated.

Is There Downtime After a Nefertiti Lift?

Most patients return to normal daily activities shortly after treatment.

Temporary effects may include:

  • Small raised areas at injection sites
  • Redness
  • Tenderness
  • Mild swelling
  • Pinpoint bleeding
  • Bruising
  • Headache
  • A tight or unusual sensation as the treatment begins working

These effects are generally temporary. Bruising may be more likely in patients taking medications or supplements that affect clotting.

Your provider will give you individualized post-treatment instructions. These may include avoiding rubbing or massaging the treated area immediately afterward and postponing strenuous activity for a limited period.

Do not discontinue medically necessary medication without consulting the prescribing clinician.

What Are the Risks of a Nefertiti Lift?

All medical treatments involve risk. Although neuromodulator injections are nonsurgical, the neck requires particularly careful anatomical knowledge.

Potential risks include:

  • Pain, swelling or bruising
  • Headache
  • Temporary asymmetry
  • Inadequate correction
  • Excessive muscle relaxation
  • Lower-lip weakness
  • An altered or asymmetric smile
  • Difficulty pronouncing certain words
  • Neck weakness
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Voice changes
  • Allergic reaction
  • Infection
  • Unintended spread of medication to adjacent muscles
  • The need for additional treatment
  • Dissatisfaction with the result

Botulinum toxin products carry a boxed warning concerning the potential spread of toxin effect. Patients should seek immediate medical attention for swallowing difficulty, speech problems, breathing difficulty, generalized weakness or other concerning symptoms after treatment.

You should not receive treatment at a site with an active infection or if you have a known hypersensitivity to the selected botulinum toxin product or its ingredients. Certain antibiotics, muscle relaxants, anticholinergic medications and other products affecting neuromuscular transmission may alter the treatment response. Provide your complete medication history before treatment.

How Many Units Are Used for a Nefertiti Lift?

The correct number of units cannot be determined without examining the patient. It depends on the product, muscle strength, number of neck bands, treatment area and desired degree of relaxation.

For FDA-approved treatment of moderate-to-severe platysma bands, the BOTOX Cosmetic prescribing information describes total doses of 26, 31 or 36 BOTOX units, based on whether a patient has one or two identified bands on each side.

That information should not be interpreted as a universal Nefertiti Lift formula. A customized treatment may differ from the labeled platysma-band protocol, and some patients should not receive all possible injection points.

Units are also product-specific. BOTOX, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin and Jeuveau units are not interchangeable on a one-to-one basis. Comparing prices based only on the number of units can therefore be misleading.

Your provider should recommend the product and treatment plan that are appropriate for your anatomy.

How Much Does a Nefertiti Lift Cost in Atlanta?

The cost varies according to:

  • The neuromodulator selected
  • The amount of product required
  • The number of visible platysma bands
  • Whether the jawline and neck are both treated
  • The complexity of the injection pattern
  • Whether other facial areas are treated at the same visit
  • Whether the procedure is combined with another treatment

Because the treatment is customized, an accurate price is provided after evaluating your anatomy and treatment goals.

A lower price should not be the only deciding factor for injections in the neck. The provider’s understanding of lower-face anatomy, patient selection and management of potential complications should be considered.

Cosmetic Nefertiti Lift treatment is generally not covered by health insurance.

Nefertiti Lift vs. Surgical Neck Lift

Although both treatments may improve the appearance of the jawline and neck, they work in fundamentally different ways.

Nefertiti Lift Surgical Neck Lift
Uses neuromodulator injections
Uses surgical incisions and tissue repositioning
Reduces selected platysma activity
Can tighten muscle, remove skin and contour deeper tissues
Best for visible bands and early muscular pull
Best for significant laxity, jowls and structural aging
Does not remove excess skin
Removes or redrapes excess skin
Does not remove neck fat
May include fat removal or deep-neck contouring
Minimal downtime
Requires a surgical recovery
Temporary results
Longer-lasting structural correction
Subtle improvement
Can produce a more substantial change

A Nefertiti Lift may be appropriate when the primary concern is dynamic muscle banding. A surgical neck lift may be more effective when the concern is loose skin, separated platysma muscles, advanced jowling or deeper anatomical fullness.

Georgia Plastic already provides customized surgical neck-lift and facelift options for patients who need more substantial structural correction.

Nefertiti Lift vs. Neck Filler

A neuromodulator and dermal filler perform different functions.

The Nefertiti Lift reduces selected downward muscle activity. Filler adds volume and structural support.

Filler may be considered for:

  • A recessed chin
  • Pre-jowl hollowing
  • Volume loss
  • Selected jawline contour deficiencies
  • Lower-face imbalance related to skeletal projection

Neuromodulator treatment may be considered for:

  • Platysma bands
  • Strong downward muscular pull
  • Dynamic neck cords
  • Early muscle-related loss of jawline definition

Some patients may benefit from both, but combining treatments is not automatically better. Excessive jawline filler can make the lower face look wider or heavier, especially in a patient who already has jowls or poor skin elasticity.

The treatment plan should address the actual anatomical deficit.

Can a Nefertiti Lift Be Combined With Other Treatments?

Yes. The lower face and neck age in multiple tissue layers, so a combination approach may be appropriate.

Depending on your examination, Georgia Plastic may discuss:

BOTOX Cosmetic or another neuromodulator

Additional facial areas may be treated when clinically appropriate to create balanced facial rejuvenation.

Dermal filler

Filler may improve chin projection, pre-jowl hollows or selected structural deficiencies that cannot be corrected by relaxing the platysma.

Morpheus8

Radiofrequency microneedling with Morpheus8 may be considered for skin texture, collagen remodeling and selected degrees of skin laxity.

Ultherapy

Ultrasound-based treatment may be considered for patients seeking noninvasive lifting and tightening of selected facial and neck tissues.

FaceTite or Quantum RF

Radiofrequency-assisted treatment may be considered when the patient has greater tissue laxity or contour concerns than an injectable treatment can address.

Neck liposuction

Patients with localized submental fat and good skin elasticity may benefit more from fat removal than from neuromodulator injections alone.

Surgical neck lift or facelift

Surgery may be the most effective option for significant jowling, loose skin, platysma separation and advanced structural aging.

Georgia Plastic’s ability to offer nonsurgical, minimally invasive and surgical options makes it possible to select treatment based on anatomy rather than being limited to a single device or injectable.

Why Choose Georgia Plastic for Your Nefertiti Lift?

The neck is not an area where injections should be approached casually. Precise placement is critical because muscles involved in smiling, speech and swallowing are located nearby.

Patients choose Georgia Plastic because our practice provides:

A plastic-surgery perspective

Frequently Asked Questions About the Nefertiti Lift

What is a Nefertiti Lift?

A Nefertiti Lift is a nonsurgical injectable treatment that uses a neuromodulator to relax selected portions of the platysma muscle. It may soften vertical neck bands, reduce downward muscular pull and subtly improve jawline definition.

Why is it called a Nefertiti Lift?

The treatment is named after Queen Nefertiti, whose well-known profile features a defined jawline and elongated neck. The name describes the aesthetic inspiration behind the treatment rather than a standardized surgical procedure.

Is the Nefertiti Lift the same as neck Botox?

The terms are sometimes used interchangeably, but “neck Botox” can describe several treatment patterns. A Nefertiti Lift generally refers to injections targeting platysma activity in the neck and selected areas along the jawline to create a subtle lifting and contouring effect.

Is BOTOX FDA-approved for neck bands?

Yes. BOTOX Cosmetic received FDA approval in October 2024 for temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate-to-severe platysma bands associated with platysma muscle activity in adults. However, the broader Nefertiti Lift technique may include treatment locations or products outside that specific FDA-approved indication.

Can the Nefertiti Lift eliminate turkey neck?

Usually not. “Turkey neck” commonly includes substantial loose skin, muscle separation and sometimes excess fat. Neuromodulator injections cannot remove loose skin or reposition deeper tissues. A surgical neck lift, energy-based tightening procedure or combination treatment may be more appropriate.

Can a Nefertiti Lift get rid of jowls?

It may provide a subtle improvement in very early jowling when downward platysma activity is contributing to the problem. It will not correct substantial jowls caused by loose skin, displaced fat or deeper facial-tissue descent.

Does the Nefertiti Lift sharpen the jawline?

It may improve the appearance of the jawline by reducing downward muscle pull and softening visible platysma activity. The result is usually subtle. It does not change the underlying jawbone or remove excess fat.

Will it treat a double chin?

No. A Nefertiti Lift does not remove fat. Patients whose primary concern is submental fullness may need neck liposuction or another fat-reduction or contouring treatment.

Does it treat horizontal neck lines?

The Nefertiti Lift primarily targets muscle activity and vertical platysma bands. Horizontal neck creases are located within the skin and may require a different approach, such as skin resurfacing, microneedling, radiofrequency treatment or carefully selected injectable treatment.

How long does a Nefertiti Lift appointment take?

The injection portion is often completed within several minutes, although the full appointment may take approximately 15 to 30 minutes once evaluation, photographs, treatment planning and preparation are included.

Is a Nefertiti Lift painful?

Most patients experience brief pinching or stinging at each injection point. The treatment is generally well tolerated and usually does not require anesthesia.

When will I see my result?

Initial changes may begin within several days. The result generally develops over one to two weeks and should be assessed after the neuromodulator has had enough time to take effect.

How long do the results last?

Results frequently last approximately three to four months, but duration varies according to the product, dose, muscle strength, metabolism and individual response.

How many BOTOX units are needed?

There is no universal dose for every Nefertiti Lift. The FDA-approved BOTOX Cosmetic protocol for platysma bands uses 26, 31 or 36 units based on the number and severity of identified bands. A customized treatment may differ, and units from different neuromodulator brands are not directly interchangeable.

Will my neck or face look frozen?

The objective is to reduce selected muscle activity, not eliminate normal lower-face movement. Careful dosing and placement should preserve natural expression. However, temporary weakness or asymmetry is possible with any neuromodulator treatment.

Can men receive a Nefertiti Lift?

Yes. Men with visible platysma bands or early jawline softening may be candidates. Male neck-muscle strength and aesthetic goals may differ, so the dose and injection pattern must be customized.

What age is best for a Nefertiti Lift?

There is no required age. The best candidates are selected according to anatomy, muscle activity, skin elasticity and treatment goals rather than age alone.

Is there downtime?

Most patients return to routine activities shortly after treatment. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur.

Can I exercise after treatment?

Your provider will give you specific instructions. Patients may be advised to postpone strenuous exercise and avoid rubbing or manipulating the treated area for a limited period following injections.

Can I combine a Nefertiti Lift with facial BOTOX?

Yes, selected facial areas may be treated during the same appointment when appropriate. The total treatment plan should be designed to maintain balance between lifting and downward-pulling muscles.

Can I combine it with filler?

Yes, when volume loss, chin projection or pre-jowl hollowing contributes to poor jawline definition. However, filler does not replace treatment for platysma bands, and excessive filler can make some lower faces appear heavier.

Is a Nefertiti Lift safe?

Neuromodulators have an established history of medical and cosmetic use, but treatment is not risk-free. The neck requires precise anatomical knowledge because nearby muscles affect facial movement, speech and swallowing. Patients should receive treatment from a qualified medical professional who evaluates their medical history and anatomy.

Who should not receive a Nefertiti Lift?

Treatment may not be appropriate for patients with an infection at an injection site, known hypersensitivity to the product, certain neuromuscular disorders, significant swallowing or breathing problems, or unrealistic expectations. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients should discuss treatment with their medical providers.

Is a Nefertiti Lift permanent?

No. Muscle activity gradually returns as the neuromodulator effect wears off. Maintenance treatment is required to preserve the improvement.

Can it delay a surgical neck lift?

It may help some patients manage early muscle-related signs of aging before they are ready for surgery. It does not stop the aging process, and it should not be expected to prevent future skin laxity or eliminate the eventual need for surgery.

How do I know whether I need a Nefertiti Lift or a neck lift?

The determining factor is the source of your concern. Active platysma bands and early muscular pull may respond to a Nefertiti Lift. Significant loose skin, deep jowls, excess fat and muscle separation are usually better treated with a surgical or minimally invasive structural procedure.

A consultation at Georgia Plastic can help determine which option is most likely to provide a meaningful result.
