What is Skinny BBL?
Our Skinny BBL is combining “fat hunting” by our board certified plastic surgeons & enhancing the buttock and hip area with fat. Skinny BBL or Skinny Brazilian buttock lift is a natural buttock augmentation procedure using fat cells harvested from areas of the body and transferred to the buttocks. Fat transfer to buttocks results in natural buttock enhancement without buttock implants. Our Skinny BBL is frequently combined with 360 Liposuction or what we call “fat hunting”. Basically, our board certified plastic surgeons hunt for fat around your body to remove all the excess fat and use that fat to enhance the buttock and hip area.
What if I don’t have enough fat?
If for some reason after your consultation and our plastic surgeon determine that you don’t have enough fat, they will recommend buttock implants over the Brazilian butt lift ONLY IF you are really tiny and have no body fat. We do perform a lot of butt implant for those with absolutely no fat. The majority of our patients receive fat transfer.
Who is the ideal candidate for skinny bbl?
The ideal candidate is a healthy adult with a low body mass index (BMI) of less than 25. The ideal candidate also has realistic expectation and does not use nicotine. Nicotine affects the survival of the fat cells. For best results, its best to stop the use if nicotine for at least 4-6 weeks prior to the procedure and 4-6 weeks after the procedure. At that point, you may want to consider quitting and leaving a healthier life style!
How much fat is injected in skinny bbl?
It really depends on how much fat we get from your body. However, the smaller you are, the less fat is required to make a huge difference. Please do not gain weight for this procedure. Come as you are!
How is this procedure performed
This procedure is performed like our regular Brazilian Buttock Lift or bbl except that extra care is taken to preserve every fat. The goal is to minimize the loss of any fat and provide the best safe results for our patients.

The average cost of this procedure ranges from $10,900-$18,000 depending on the number of procedures performed. Thus, this fee includes multiple areas of liposuction plus hundreds of micro fat injections to the buttocks.
